Sleep Apnea and Joint Stiffness
My husband is 55 years old, is 5'10' weighs 250 lbs. He is overweight but is large boned and very muscular. He has blond hair, is partially bald on the top of his head, has blue eyes and a pink complexion.
He is a salesman by occupation and loves his work but it is very stressful.
He is a hard worker and is always busy, doesn't sit around.
He is good natured, easy going, very friendly & outgoing. He does get angry easily but recovers quickly.
He is usually a warm blooded person but does not sweat alot. He sleeps with his feet outside of the covers at night. He goes to sleep fast and sleeps quite well.
He has had sleep apnea for several years and uses a CPAP machine.
He suffers from stiffness and aching, sometimes stabbing pain, in all of his joints and takes Ibuprofen for relief. He is developing little hard lumps on the joints of his fingers.
He has severe arthritis in his lumbar region with sciatica in his left butt cheek and down the back of his left leg.
He is not thirsty unless he is doing hard physical work.
He has swelling and aching pain in the back of his left knee and under the knee cap. His whole leg is swollen from his thigh to his foot. The swelling started after knee surgery 2 years ago. It is worse when he rides in his car for a long time.
He suffers from abdominal distention after all meals and sometimes heartburn. Bread seems to contribute to this bloating.
His toenails are very thick dry & flaky and yellow colored.
Most of his problems seem to be physical. He does not suffer from anxiety or fear. He likes to be around people and is courageous and very strong minded.
I would like to find a remedy that would take care of all of his symptoms.

It seems that sulphur may help. It may be started at 30 potency and taken as thrice a day for one day. It may be repeated after a 10 day gap if needed. It won't be good if it is repeated daily. Later Sulphur 200 may be taken. Rhus Tox may also help after that.

Thank you very much kadwa for your response. I thought of Sulphur but just wasn't sure. I also looked at Rhus tox which I was going to try but I knew it would only take care of his joint pain. We needed to try something because he is in so much pain. How long after the 30C of Sulphur should he wait before taking the 200C dose?

Please start with Sulphur 30. After 10 days if you feel that it worked initially and then it's effect faded, you may repeat. You may continue like this and then if Sulphur 30 is not giving any result, you should move to Sulphur 200. It is better to have a gap of 10 days before repeating.
