37 weeks pregnant with persistent cough
I caught a summer flu about two and a half weeks ago and although I feel like the virus has gone (no more yellow mucous, only clear) I'm left with a chesty cough and runny nose. The coughing is quite intense and my main concern is the fluid on my lungs, perhaps bacteria also. A few people I know who have had this virus were left with a cough which lasted a couple of months and it became almost like asthma, they said it turned into a bacterial infection on the lungs. They all ended up treating it with antibiotics, which I am really hoping to avoid. I have been taking Ethical Nutrients Zincfix(which contains vit c), echinacea, olive leaf extract, pulsatilla 30, manuka honey, lemon and ginger drinks, and have cut out dairy for the last 2 weeks. Also I've been doing olbus oil inhalations and have just started some deep breathing... It still seems like its not shifted and I'm concerned about my well being since I'm nearly due to give birth and need all my strength. Any suggestions?ninarae on 2010-01-30

day 1 to day 3
please take Arsenicum Album 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 4 to day 15
please take two pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
ferrum phos 6x
calc phos 6x
kali phos 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
