Left eye pressure and thyroid constrictionHi, would appreciate help, I am new to homeopathy out of desperation and not having health insurance any more, yikes!
I am a 30-year-old female, main complaint at the moment is that my eyes (esp. left eye) have a lot of pressure in them. Just happened in past couple of days. Eyes feel dry and don't adjust to dark room well.
*History of low blood sugar (but I am a health freak and eat really well now)
*Thyroid area is very constricted, feels like somebody strangeling me.
*Left side of body weaker
*Left side of head above ear slightly numb
*Anxiety; too mental
*Thin, yoga-type, very spiritual
*Hard time expressing emotions
*Appetite good, very thirsty as of late
*Get cold feet often
*My sister has hyperthyroidism, I was tested a year ago and it came back 'normal.'
Well, that's all I know to list. I would really appreciate any help. I have been working on bringing my health and getting out of my head and more into my heartspace. Thank you so much ;)

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
