hair pulling anger irritation anxiety heartburn

hi, all,
I have problem of hair pulling, Anger & Irritability anxiety,depression,hyperacidity (heartburn). specifically, If I eat spicy food, vinegar, ginger, Tamrind, Ajawan that makes me very angry immediately. I keep on hair pulling from my chin. If I drink coffee once a day for 3 days, my left nose starts bleeding. If I do exercise it makes me angry. If I take herbal supplements for depression like st.john's wort, 5HTP, SAMe, Shilajit,Ashwagandha that makes me angry too.
I am a lazy guy, I like to do nothing. I always oversleep.
I get tired early in the evening. Lack of motivation & lack of desire. Emotionally numb. I gain weight easily.I am 31yrs old. My height is 5'7' & weight is 193 lbs. I gain weight easily. I get sleepy after eating in afternoon. I get sleepy while I am driving. I am living in New Jersey USA. I hate cold weather. I keep on worrying abt future & I have fear of failure. I dont like to talk, I am quiet most of the time.
please, suggest me some remedies.

day 1
please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 2 to day 15
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum sulph 6x
natrum phos 6x
kali phos 6x

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
