using arnica with other essential oils...?

Hi,
I'm using homeopathic Arnica tablets and topical gel on my husband who sustained a shoulder separation injury this week.

QUESTION: Doc says to expect some muscle spasms, etc,, so I wanted to apply topical essential oil therapy if/when that happens. Are there any precautions to using certain oils with the Arnica?

I have heard that certain essential oil/homeopathic combinations don't work together because one can actually 'remedy' the other! I'm new to this & just want to make sure I choose things that play nicely together.

Anyone know of guidelines here?
Thank You!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
jewelie, there is arnica cream and oil on the market so this can be used with arnica tablets and will work well together.

Use Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily for a week and twice daily thereafter.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you take a capful which is the dose. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

You may continue to use the Arnica Ointment but the other oils are not indicated as they may antidote the Arnica.
