Finding it difficult to get healthyHey folks, hope you can help me. It all started around August of last year. Long story short, i had wax build up in right ear and got ear drops but they didnt work because the wax was in the middle of the ear so the doctor gave me new ear drops to snort through my nose in the hope that it'll enter the ear canal... things didnt get better they got worse... I started waking up in the mornings with an itchy mouth... i was sneezing a lot. For the past few months i've been suffering with mental & emotional stress and anxiety but im feeling better now. I've been using Apple Cider Vinegar for my itchy mouth which has helped a lot but i dont feel like my bodies healing. Forward to today, i now have itchy eyes, some days i will sneeze a lot, i have been experiencing some hair loss especially on my hairline. I think the shedding has stopped in the past few weeks.
I want to get myself back healthy... i've always been healthy as a child (im 21 now) ... physically fit and active... average weight... i had 2 blood tests in the past few months ... .everything was perfect apart from having 'high calcium content'. How can i get my body back on my side? peace :)

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
