Nisha if you start doing the breathing exercises regularly and also the stretching yogasanas like Tadasan etc. i think that your height may increase.
Bring home Swami Ramdev's CD on Yog for children. On the basis of the CD practise the following regularly
1. Breathing Exercises
Pranayam
15-30 minutes
2. Light exercises for healthy joints
Sukshma Vyayam
5 minutes
3. A quick exercise for the whole body
Surya Namaskar
5 minutes
4. Exercises for children
Yogasanas
15 minutes
5. Brisk Exercise
Yogic Joging
10 minutes
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

i can't buy a cd so please tell me the medicine / xcercise wich is available on net and which i can do that easily

You may search youtube by typing kapalbhati, anulom vilom, swami ramdev. Similarly you will get lot of information on asanas if you google for asanas, also make searches in google images.

1)pl take calc phos 6x + calc flour 6x
5 tabs 3 times a day
2)take whey protein 1 tsf twice a day with milk
3)do exercises like swimming,cycling,pull ups etc.
4)try to maintain a straight posture.
this all will help in increasing height.
