throat pain during pregnancy

Hi
I am currently 6 months pregnant and have been suffering from severe throat pain for past one week.
Last week I took antibiotics for 5 days, but my pain have not gone...
whenever i swallow i get pain on my left side. ALso I have been coughing for past 5 days and spitting thick yellow mucus.
Please let me know if there is a way out in Homoe..

Kali Mur-6x
Ferrum Phos 6x

take 3 tablets of each medicine per dose 4 times a day and when pain is removed then take these medicines for 3 times a day.

Thanks Doctor. I took the above for one week and had a change of place. I have come back to my place again yesterday and I have been sneezing all through the day.
I do not have throat pain now, but when I lie down I could feel the mucus flowing down my throat. When I spit it out it is clear one. Can I take Kali Mur 6x and Ferrum Phos 6x 3 tabs thrice daily as you have mentioned. I am currently 7 months Preganant. If So how long should I take.
