Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

Thank you Dr.Should I continue SSRI Escitalopram 20mg tab alongwith your prescribed homeopathic medicine or quit it .

This depends on your level of determination and also the kind of response that you get from the suggested treatment. So you may stop the allopathic medication or you may phase it out.

First I would like to say; SSRIs EScitelopram will not cure your problem, it only hides it away for a while. When it stops working, the next day, your problems are the same. Am I right, or am I wrong?
1. You said that your illness started 28 years ago. What happened prior to this? Can you remember if it was something special that happened in your life? Deaths, divorce, accident, illness, moving, lost job, etc etc. What could have happened?
2. What kind of person are you? Mentally, how is it to remember things, words, names of persons or things, etc? When you read, do you remember everything, or most, or you need to read over again several times? Do you have any problems with writing, writing perhaps the wrong word, or you do well?
Consider whether there is something in this area you will tell me.
3. Mood. How is it, are you an angry person, or a sad person. Perhaps you are a nice man, but cries easily. Do you have easy to argue about trifles, almost hysterical? Gives you easy?
You understand what I mean? Here too, I want you tell me how you are.
4. What do you like to eat, salty or sweet, meat or vegetables, or fruit? What about the milk or milk products? Other things you can think of.
5.
Homeopathy is like a detective work. We are looking for specific tracks, and when we find it, then we can proceed with the case.
