nned to know if I can combine the following remedies -pl help

My 6 year old son has severe disabling stiffnesss of his left lebow afetr 2 surgeries due to fibrosis of the joint capsule and scar formation .He cannot move his elbow even 1 degree for over 9 months.He has been prescribed the fllowing by a homeopath.
Silicia
CALC FLUOR
Calc Phos
Ferrun Phos
R55-Dr Reckeweg
R46-Dr Reckeweg

He has told us to give these remedies half hour before and after food and twice a day but not to combine any of them.We are simply unable to find time in the few hours that he gets before and after school to give him these medications without clashing with either food intake or timing of the other remedies.Can anyone please advise whether any of the above can be combined and given so we dont have such a hard time with the schedule?
