I believe that you have misunderstood the therapy I prescribed for your Hemorrhoids and Hypertension.
Please understand that you cannot stop the latest remedy that I prescribed for your Hemorrhoids --- Nux Vomica 200 in the Wet dose cannot be replaced by:

Nat Mur 6x 2tab thrice daily
Arnica 30c wet dose twice daily '
You must continue with the Nux Vomica if you wish to treat your Hemorrhoids and also take the other 2 remedies as prescribed.

Dear Mustafarshi, No one is taking the case from Joe as we respect, learn and share knowledge with him. It is indeed a complete misunderstanding on your part. But, my question for learning more about Joepathy and human to human was directed to Mr. Zahur, where in the world you come from? What is your relationship with Mr. Zahur?

Have been in use the prescribed remedies
1. Nux Vomica 200 twice a day.
2. Nat Mur 6x 2tab thrice a day.
3. Arnica 30 twice a day.
Blood Pressure remains unabated. Though do not feel but when checked it was 160/100.
Piles too is the same. Nux vomica-200 wet dose has no effect. Condition is the same as was reported earlier.
However, head is under control. I feel throbs of pulse upper side of the head. I feel as head has become heavy. This, as I have said starts when I start to think certain problem. Soon such stage of thinking starts I feel a click in the head and it starts going heavy.

You can change the Nux Vomica 200 therapy as follows:
Replace the Wet dose with the DRY dose in Pellets.
Take 3 pellets sublingually (under the tongue) instead of the liquid remedy of the Wet dose twice daily.
Increase your intake of Nat Mur 6x to 3 tablets taken thrice daily.
I hope that you understand that curing your chronic problems of Hemorrhoids, Hypertension and other ailments from which you have suffered from for the last 50+ years may take some time and we can only hope and pray that my therapy can help you.
Report your response in 48 hours
Drink plenty of water up to 3 ltrs daily and do some exercise as this is an essential part of your therapy.
I hope that you do not smoke. Please confirm.

First skin becomes radish and itching starts, more especially on legs and upper arms. Normally my feet lower and upper parts get dry and whiteness appear and for this I use lotion some mustard oil. But this all is very temporary and the effects remain one or two days when the oil layers ends with normal washing.

It is possible that you are paying the price for your 50 years of smoking with your present ailments Hemorrhoids and Hypertension and perhaps enhanced Cholesterol and Triglycerides which you are advised to verify with a Blood test for Lipid Profile. If you do this test request the lab to also include a test for PSA. I do not think however that your Eczema is connected to your smoking.
You may like to know that Arnica has helped many chain smokers to quit smoking as it seems to reduce the urge for tobacco. It has also helped many Alcoholics to quit in the same manner
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose will also help your skin ailment which I believe is Eczema
You will follow the instructions below precisely as prescribed:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.
Report your response from time to time and also do a Search in the box on every page of the ABC for Smoking and Arnica.

With the use of Nux 200 has little effect. Only one day it seemed effective. Next day I noticed stains not just after evacuation of the bowel but later on. Yesterday and today the same stains appeared. Blood test report will be sent to you after our Eid holidays.

My apologies for having missed to note that you have quit smoking in 2005.
I note that I have prescribed the 2 remedies that have helped many patients, Hamamelis 200 and Nux Vomica 200 but both have failed to give you any relief.
Your case seems to be chronic and it may take a long time to resolve at your age of 70+ years. It is likely that my therapy may not be able to help you and I would invite other Homeopaths on this Forum to take your case.
