Acidity, Sever Burping, Chest Pain

I forgot to mention some more details about me. I am 55 year old working as an accountant. Lot of strain at work and domestic front. Not self confident and anxiety prone also. My acidity problem arises at 8.00AM after woke up at 6.00PM. Evening at 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM. Soon after the acidity arises left shoulder and chest start pain severely. After inducing burping the pain get relieved a lot
