Lower back, hip area, psoas muscle pain - internal scar tissue?I am a 49 year old female. In 2000 I had accident which resulted in a compression fracture of my T10 and T12 vertebrae however I've been able lead a good life with regular physical activity. 4 months later I had a hysterectomy (vaginal entry) to remove my uterus only. It was noted that I had severe endometriosis. 1 year later my left ovary was taken (laparoscopy) and then in 2008 my right ovary was finally taken due to severe pain (cysts and endometriosis). I've always been a very active person however since August of 2009 I've had a nagging pain that started in an area that felt like my lower colon. Shortly after that I began having lower back pain and my right hip area feels completely out (my right glut, psoas, and hip area feels like it is being pulled upward). This has been going on for months now even though I've seen a chiropractor many, many times. I also had a colonoscopy which was 'normal'. My bowel movements are regular if I take a fiber supplement however if I don't then I get backed up easily. Could it be possible that I have internal scar tissue that has attached to an area behind my sacrum and causing it to irritate and put my right side in spasm? It feels like my SI joint (right side) is in constant pain...even when sleeping. I'm constantly trying to stretch out my right hip and glut but the muscles are in constant tightness. Massage helps for only a few hours and then the tightness and pain returns. I've spent hundreds of dollars on care with no relief. Please help. Thanks!

Five weeks ago had a robotic Myomectomy that remove seven enlarged fibroids.
Approximately two weeks after surgery I began feeling a lot of pulling. Doc sent me for a gall bladder test but that was fine. Now I'm having a GI Upper.
I have pulling around my right rib cage, abdomen area,, constipation sometimes, feels like a tennis ball lodged in my side and they think I have built up scar tissue in a manner of weeks. May be rapped around my intestines/colon. I don't want to have another surgery because I think it will just grow back. Was doing fine the first two weeks but now Im not.. Around my period it pulls even more. What is disappointing I thought the surgery would take care of all my issues. Can you help?
