HPV infection

I have recently contracted genital warts (almost 5 months ago)
24 hours after an intimate night (no intercoarse), i noticed extreme burning and tingling, redness, stinging and irritation. I took it as herpes although these were very extreme symptoms which i had never experienced in the past.

After completing several STI tests everything came back negative including BV and Candida.

Symptoms where ongoing with slight improvement but the irritation and burning was still present mainly around inner labia minora and vaginal opening.
I was given a few coarses of antibiotics as it was thought to be Aerobic vaginitis. To prevent a yeast infection it was recommended that i also use canestan pessaries.

Symtoms did not improve and by this stage i was depressed and frustrated that i was unable to resolve these symptoms after such a long time.

After many doctors vists, i decided to go back and explain the situation. I was told to use a 1:4 vinegar wash and to insert lactobacillus capsules into my vagina. Well the symptoms did not go away, so i decided to do my own investigation using a magnifying mirror which was when i discovered some very small fleshy growths around the forchette (near vaginal entrance). I fealt very nervous, scarred upset, angry, etc etc even though i was now finally able to understand why i was going through hell!

I went to another doctor who referred me to a Gyno and he indeed confirmed that it was genital warts!!!

These warts are small, red ans fleshy, cause itchyness and burning around surrounding skin and can bleed when touched/rubbed with a cue tip. They do not look like typical warts, rather like soft swelling/protrusions that can be moved around (a little like skin tags)
I have had 3 sessions of cryotherapy which seems to have worked on 2 of the warts so far out of about 4 athough the others do seem smaller. (Last session was 2 weeks ago).

In the meantime i was using castor oil with tea tree oil and aloe vera capsules mixed together and applied to the treated area hoping to prevent a recurrence.

I have also been taking aloe vera capsules (4 per day) as well as astragalus capsules (3 per day) for almost 1 month now...

For the past week it seems as though some mild irritation/itching and burning is back! Unfortunately it also seems as though i also have some sort of trauma/pain surrounding my urinary meatus, redness and irritation just below the clitoris and an itchy feeling near my vaginal opening which i notice every time i wipe after using the bathroom.
(I have also noticed some yellow discharge from time to time which was never there in the past. (It seems like i may have given myself an infection (vaginosis), possibly due to the castor oil i was using, or, warts may have started to grow inside my vagina and maybe on my urinary meatus:( (I cant see anything at this stage as area was initially i little fleshy/uneven to begin with)

I am 34 and have been depressed since my 1st symptoms showed up :(

Can i find any help/relief with homeopathic medicines such as Thuja? I am over going back to the Gyno for more expensive cryo sessions...

Any info will be greatly appreciated
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Acidum Nitricum 200c (Nitric Acid 200) at a gap of 4 hours for ony one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hi

Thanks for your reply

I am not too sure on the safety of Nitric acid taken internally???

Are there any alternatives?

Twirly last decade
There is not a single molecule of Nitric Acid in Nitric Acid 200. So don't worry and go ahead.

Please read more about homeo dilutions at-

I apologize for bringing this up again, but I have been doing some further reading and came across this reply posted on another topic in regards to genital warts:

'if the warts are roundish with a jagged appearance just like a small cauliflower, the suitable remedy is NITRIC ACID 200C to be taken once everyday for 3 to 4 days and then once every 3 to 4 days till the warts dry up and fall off.

if the warts do not match the looks of a cauliflower, the suitable remedy is THUJA 200C one dose everyday for 10 days and then one dose every 2 to 3 days till the warts dry up and fall off'

I would also like to describe myself a little more...
I do not have any other symptoms apart from these vaginal complaints.
i had also noticed a splitting/spraying in my urinary stream when symptoms had first began although it now seems to be back to normal.

Diet is very healthy consisting of fruit & veg every day (up to 6/7 different types of fruit/day and many many serves).
I do not smoke and rarely indulge in alcohol. I eat enough dairy, meat and fish to stay healthy with normal passing of stools. I stay away from sugar and artificial sweeteners and consume honey instead..

My face can also become quite oily by the end of the day.

My hands are always cold unless the temp is warm/hot outside..
I dislike cold weather as i like being outside and feel happier/healthier when i see sun.

Hope this helps
Thanks

When we select a remedy we don't select only for the specific area where the remedy is excpected to work, we select on the basis of totality of symptoms. i selected Nit Acid as you are irritable (from what description you have given) and your warts bleed. The other pointer is irritation and burning of the vaginal area.
But the final decision rests with you!! Again you will never find all symptoms that are in the MM in you, so the the remedy selection will always be subjective.

THUJA OCCIDENTALIS
Arbor vitæ

Acts on skin, blood, gastro-intestinal tract, kidneys, and brain. Its relation to the production of pathological vegetations condylomate, warty excrescences, spongy tumors is very important. Moist mucous tubercles. Bleeding fungus growths. Nævus. Excess of venosity.

The main action of Thuja is on the skin and genito-urinary organs, producing conditions that correspond with Hahnemann's sycotic dyscrasia, whose chief manifestation is the formation of wart-like excrescences upon mucous and cutaneous surfaces-fig-warts and condylomata. Has a specific antibacterial action, as in gonorrhœa and vaccination. Suppressed gonorrhœa, salpingitis. Ill-effects of vaccination. Sycotic pains, i.e, tearing in muscles and joints, worse at rest, better in dry weather, worse damp humid atmosphere; lameness. Hydrogenoid constitutions, whose blood is morbidly hydroscopic, so that damp air and water are inimical. Complaints from moonlight. Rapid exhaustion and emaciation. Left-sided and chilly medicine. Variola, aborts the pustule and prevents the suppurating fever. Vaccinosis, viz, inveterable skin troubles, neuralgia, etc.

Mind.--Fixed ideas, as if a strange person were at his side; as if soul and body were separated; as if something alive in abdomen (Croc). Emotional sensitiveness; music causes weeping and trembling.

Female.--Vagina very sensitive (Berb; Kreos; Lyssin). Warty excrescences on vulva and perineum. Profuse leucorrhœa; thick, greenish. Severe pain in left ovary and left inguinal region. Menses scanty, retarded. Polypi; fleshy excrescences. Ovaritis; worse left side, at every menstrual period (Lach). Profuse perspiration before menses.

Skin.--Polypi, tubercles, warts epithelioma, nævi, carbuncles; ulcers, especially in ano-genital region. Freckles and blotches. Perspiration sweetish, and strong. Dry skin, with brown spots. Zona; herpetic eruptions. Tearing pains in glands. Glandular enlargement. Nails crippled; brittle and soft. Eruptions only on covered parts; worse after scratching. Very sensitive to touch. Coldness of one side. Sarcoma; polypi. Brown spots on hands and arms.

NITRICUM ACIDUM
Nitric Acid

Selects for its special seat of action the outlets of the body where the mucous membrane and skin meet; these pain as from splinters. Sticking pains. Marked improvement of all symptoms while riding in a carriage. Acts best on the dark complexioned and past middle life. Syphilis, after abuse of Mercury. Pains appear and disappear quickly (Bell). Hydrogenoid constitution. Sycotic remedy.

Blisters and ulcers in mouth, tongue, genitals; bleed easily. Fissures, with pain during stool, as if rectum were torn. All discharges very offensive, especially urine, feces, and perspiration. Persons who have chronic diseases, and take cold easily and disposed to diarrhœa. Excessive physical irritability. Cachexia, due to syphilis, scrofula, intermittent fever with liver involvement and anæmia, etc. Gravel; arthritis. Capillary bleeding after curettage.

Mind.--Irritable, hateful, vindictive, headstrong. Hopeless despair. Sensitive to noise, pain, touch, jar. Fear of death.

Hi Dr Kadwa
Thank you - i appreciate your advice and feedback.

Both ingredients seem like they would help which is why it had caused me some confusion.

I will stick to the original plan and try Nitricum.

Regards

I took my 3 doses of Nit Acid yesterday, and today i seem to have mild burning and irritation in the genital area. This has lasted all day and was not present to this extent before i started the treatment.
Is this a normal reaction?

Also... how long do i need to wait until i able to consume raw onion/garlic?
I have also had a substantial amount of ginger today (16 hours later from my third and last dose)... Would this interfere with the treatment?

**Yes.

how long do i need to wait until i able to consume raw onion/garlic?
**during the whole treatment

I have also had a substantial amount of ginger today (16 hours later from my third and last dose)...
**this could raise body heat. you shouldn't take it in substantial amount.

Hi
It is almost 2 weeks now and there has been no improvement...

I still have redness, itchiness and irritation around inner labia and urinary meatus:((

I guess its back to the gyno...again...

There is a possibility that Thuja, Sepia or Merc. may work. You may try one by one. You may take Sepia or Thuja now.

Dr Kadwa thanks for your reply:)

I am thinking of trying Thuja but was also wondering if Belladonna would have any advantages?

Should i stick with the same dose as per Nit acid?
ie 200 c at 3 doses every 4 hours for 1 day or should i take it for a longer period of time?

Regards

**Yes. Otherwise you won't know which are the proving symptoms and which are the real symtpoms.
