Loose tooth,receding gum

Hi,

I have a loose front tooth because the gum just around that particular tooth is receding so there isn't enough gum to hold the tooth in place. Any help as to what I could take to not only strengthen the tooth but to regenerate gum tissue around that tooth would be appreciated. Thank you.
