Speech Fluency Disorder

Dear All,

I am 32 yrs old male.

My problem of using 'ummmmm', 'uhhhhh' in between the sentence and using circumlocution sentence, pretending to recalling what I wanted to say even though the clear sentence was made in mind 2-3 seconds before I could actually say it in the same way or in different sentence.

I feel there is problem with proper coordination of brain for processing sentence (thoughts) and speech formation. Sometimes while talking I am thinking which word/ sentence will better explain my thoughts / intentions, though I am clear in mind what message I want to pass-on. Sometimes I have bulk of thoughts and ideas to say and on spur of moment I am wandering how to express them. When try to express myself I start with one sentence and then modify it in between (may be I am not able to complete it or not satisfied with it) and in the meanwhile I am doing ummm uhhh and look confused on very silly matters also.

I have found that Cannabis Sativa is remedy for stuttering, Confusion of thought and speech. Wavering speech, hasty, incoherent speech.

I have also found that combination of Argentum Nitricum and Silicea is also a good remedy for this problem because it helps in improving coordination of brain cells.

I want your help to verify my findings and select the best remedy and their dosage.

If these are wrong medicine for my problem then pls. tell me the right one.
