vaginal infections
hi, i am 32 yr old n frm last six months i am having itching n burning problem near the vagina. Earlier it was mild but last 3 mnths it is severe.slightly yellow discharge with foul smell ,vaginal area is wet always n itches badly.problem aggravates 15 days before period. Menses is regular of 5 days,heavy flow for 2 days. My behavior becomes like being impatient,getting irritated during these days. I also have constipation n gastric problems for which i take home remedies.hv firm believe in homeopathy,therefore would request you to help me at the earliest as the problem is aggravating.singh31 on 2010-03-10

Please take three doses of Sepia 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

hi,as advised hv taken prescribed dose of sepia 200c in liquid form on 14th march.the itching n burning has slowed down,though the discharge n odour problem persists.pl let me know if i need to go for complete course to cure the infection.
