Please add one or two drops of each of the following remedies to some 30 ml water and sip up slowly.
Pine
Larch
Mimulus
This constitutes one dose.
If these remedies are available as pills, you may take 2-3 pills of each remedy as one dose.
You should take three such doses in a day.
You should start taking these flower remedies from next day onwards after taking Natrum Mur.
Please follow homeo restrictions when you are taking flower remedies.

Good that you have understood the flower remedies. It is better to restrict the number of flower remedies to three at a time. In future you may change the remedies and take the ones that become more indicated and remove the ones that seem to be less indicated at that time. So you shoud select only three remedies and take these remedies for a month and then review the remedies.

and from the next day i have started with the bach flower remedies as prescribed ...
I must update you that i am feeling very restless these days ....i m not able to describe but i feel lack of energy in body especially extremities ....it is like the feeling when we are very hungry and feel weak something like that...also my hunger has increased ...

i have taken nat mur snd followed with bach flower remedies as prescribed ....
i am updating you with my current state
1 . i am feeling very restless with anxiety in stomach like we feel when we are hungary
2.hair have become somewhat hard (earlier when i took selenium they became soft and full of body)
3.my ability to recall names and numbers is diminished
4.general disinclination for detailed work.
5.general disinclination to anything requiring attention.
6.sleep is better i.e i can get sleep but then i dont get refreshing feeling on getting up ....feel weary all day
7.little physical exertion makes me tired
please evaluate and prescribe
with all my regards

Please take Arsenicum Album 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days. Please don't take any flower remedies for these 15 days.

Please take Rhus Tox 30c thrice a day daily until there is relief. You may take Ars Alb after this little episode is over.

secal cor-30 take three time a day just five drops in water for ur hot feet which u feel batter when u put them on cold floor. Anacardium-1M one dose every forth night for ur examination.

Every presciber has his own method of suggesting a remedy, so i can't comment on Dr. Zahir's suggestion. You should take your own decision as to whom you should follow.

sleep i could sleep by 2 am now earlier 5 am was normal
problems
1.sleep is not refreshing yet
2.hair fall continues
3.teeth enamel is discoloured
4.urine yellow
5.anxiety in stomach like i m feeling hungry
6.little diet makes me feel full (earlier hunger used to persist)
7.feel exhausted after little work
8.little contradiction or disregard of my advice upsets me...i get a feeling that i m not being taken seriously ...this thing unnerves me a lot i get very angry this way.
9.vertical lines on my nails have been showing since long time but they are not ridges
10.i forget names especially and figures and could remember after some days i feel very nervous while talking feel very foolish not to be able to recall names.
sir please allow me to mention that the best mental strength i observed was when i was taking kali phos back in nov 2009 to january 2009
i dont know if i overdosed myself its effect is not there now.
i want to develop mental strength to be able to deal with life in positive way without getting nervous
i feel as if i m loosing my physical well being hair teeth and stamina going down sleep not re freshening.
