Low Semen / Less Motility

Hi,

I am here for one of my cousins. He is 34y old and married for the last 15y. He has a daughter but not physically & mentally unfit and after that no more children. He has consulted many doctors and even Unani Tib, but so far no +ve results have come out.

His last Semen Report is as below;

SEMEN ANALYSIS REPORT

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:
Color: Creamy white
Viscosity: Thin
Volume: 4
PH: Alkaline
Liquefaction time: 10

MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION:
Total Count 90
Pus Cells 40
RBC: s-0-1

MOTILITY:
Active Motile: 10
Non Motile: 88

Please suggest any helpful medicine(s) for him to gain right no. of semen and motility/fertility.
