Irregular menstruation

Hi Doctors!
I have irregular period since last 2 cycles. Cycle was almost of 40 days. This time also period is not started. My LMP is 10th Feb. Currently I am having low back pain since 5 days. It is spasmodic type and not constant, but today pain is sevear. I feel pain in breast while pressing.
Flow of blood is slight dark red, with some clot. Frist 2 days i have more flow and after that less.
Duration of cycle is 4-5 days.
Frist menstruation was started at the age of 15 years.
My regular average cycle is 28-30 days.
I have dysmenorrhea during menses. Pain in low back, relieved by laying on back.

Kindly suggest me any medicine. Is it sign of Ovarian cyst?

Please reply me.
