Continuous period in puberty

Could you please help me what to give to my daughter. She is 14 and for the past 2 years she has been experiencing continous bleeding. We have been to the doctors several times and she has had ultra sound which shows that she has policystic ovaries. She quite possibly doesn't ovulate due to abnormal hormonal levels. Doctors are reluctant to give her hormonal treatment as she is very young. I have taken her to an accupuncurist and a kinesiologist as well as a reflexologist, all of which have helped to a certain degree, but as soon as a treatment stops the bleeding restarts.
I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice on what type of remedy to give her.

Thank you very much for your help.

*Whether the complaints aggravate after movements or while taking rest.

14 years old
168cm, 49kg , tall and lean with a pale complexion and lots of spots on face and forehead

Generally calm and quiet at home, more of an anxious and worrying type at school with low confidence level although a good student. She tends to spend a lot of time in her room, reading, studying, listening to music and social networking. She is quite sensitive but rarely shows her real emotions and keeps things bottled up. With friends she tends to be more outgoing and open but her actions are motivated by the need to be accepted by the group. She hates talking in front of the classroom or even read out loud and goes all shaky but trying hard not to show it.
She has inharited the tendency to polycystic ovaries and hormonal problems as mother had similar problems.
Sometimes she experiences headaches and every 6-8 weeks her right ankle swells up. This problem started about the same time as the irregular periods and contious bleeding.
She hates feeling cold both inside and outside therefore she puts on heating in her own room all the time. She strives more in hot weather.
She loves sleeping although she rarely has time to sleep as much as she likes as she is rowing and she trains 5 times a week with very early start on both Saturdays and Sundays. She sleeps deeply but she wakes up during night feeling thirsty. This is due to the fact that she sleeps with her mouth open. She had big adenoids as a child, these were taken out at the age of 3 but they have grown back and because of that she could never breathe properly. She learnt to sleep with an open mouth and she often does so during the day too.
Sweat amount normal.
She drinks a lot of cold water and gulps it down.
Bowel movement normal, no constipation.
Her periods last for about 9 days, then stops for a day or two and restarts with spotting and continue with medium heaviness and the colour is bright red. This goes on for about 2 weeks then stops for 2-3 days and everything restarts.
There are no clots noted in the flow.

Thank you very much for your help.

Please give her three doses of Sabina 30c at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
