Update....and need recommendation on frequency of next therapy...

I took the sulphur alone for about 1 week. There was some great improvement - the discharge changed.

I had agreed with my husband to try the Suprax (antibiotic) if the sulphur didn't cure it.

I took 400mg once daily for 7 days.

Within 24 hrs of the 1st dose, the horrible odor from the discharge was gone.

However, the discharge itself is still there, just less of it.

It STILL smells of matches. And I read now that although matches may smell of sulphur dioxide, they do in fact, contain phosphorus.

I want to follow the antibiotics with phosphorus.

The discharge sort of glows in a dark room if the flourescent light is on.

It is a bright yellow-green in color.

I am constitutionally a mixture of the phosphorus type and the sulphur type.... so it doesn't surprise me that I would need to follow with phosphorus.

I have been reading places that I must be careful with frequency of dose when it comes to phosphorus.

I wanted to ask if there is a recommendation on this one.

I don't want to screw this up!

I also have had a cough now since 1983 when I was overseas. I get tightness in the chest - and sometimes I even have to pound my chest to get the mucous to losen. It has resulted in a nervous cough.... nervousness aggrevates it. Drives people crazy when I cough like that. It always feels loose... but not loose enough to get it out. I hack and hack at times.

I have had acute pancreatitis before.... and I see that phosphorus is good for that as well.

I have a condition called biliary papillary stenosis. The opening the common bile duct was stenotic, causing bile to back up in to the gallbladder and the pancreas. After the opened, my skin turned pale white like it should be. Been ages since I not had that false tan. Everyone kept telling me I wasn't jaundiced... I believe I had slight juandice though - otherwise why would my unexposed areas get tanned like that? And then have the tan disappear after they opened up the bile duct and flushed it out?

I would get horrible pains between the shoulder blades when the bile would go up into the gallbladder. All of that stopped after I had the sphincerectomy. No more pains at all.

I also have had horrible liver pains for about 2 weeks about 1 - 2 years ago, they never found out what caused that. Ran tests... didn't find anything worth commenting on I guess - except my former doctor did hide from me that I have some liver cysts.... but claimed that they weren't the source of my pains and not the kind of cysts to worry about. I am a tea-totaler and always have been. So it isn't due to drinking.

I also get kidney pains as well. And even on the antibiotics, I had loads of pus mixed with my urine. So I think that there might be a problem with the kidneys....

And phosphorus is good for kidney and liver conditions....

I also have always had circles under my eyes. I sort of have the raccoon look a little.

I have had trouble with dizzy spells - nearly fainting sometimes. Been better since I started on the ritalin because that raised my blood pressure and makes it less of a problem.

I also have blood coming out in the discharge now. And when i touch my vagina to check the tissue, i get blood in the discharge afterward. The tissue is very sensitive and bleeds easily. I also have been getting cutting, stitching pains in the urethra or vagina.

I also recently had bloody discharge in an ear from a loud nose bursting the tissue of the canal (not the ear drum though).

I know that phosphorus is good for stricture of the esphogus... I don't know if i have that... but I do have stricture of the urethra... and the bilary papillary stenosis would also be related to that kind of symptom.... as it is mucous membrane that has stiffened and doesn't want to do its job.

I also have a hiatal hernia... and lots of sour backwash when I burb. Burbing is really a problem... burning burbs, esp when I wake in the morning.

AND I can only sleep well on my right side. Been like that for ages.

Also, I am a bit psychic at times - also a phosphorus thing.

So... with all this stuff going on.... and lots more I can't go into.... it would take chapters...

I promised my husband that I would try the phosphorus, and that if it didn't show obvious improvement with the discharge, I would see my MD.

I am wondering just how often to 30C. Just once???

Can I take this once daily for a week? Can I take it a few times daily for a week?

How much is too much when it comes to phosphorus???

If you have had experience with using phosphorus, please let me know what worked for you or for your patients.

If you are going to take antibiotics -- FORGET HOmEOPATHY .
ANTIBIOTICS ARE EVIL!!.

They suppress symptoms snd drive them deep into the body where they do untold harm -- out of sight.

This can lead to incurable chronic conditions.

You cant pick-n- mix allopathy with homeopathy.

Choose which you want to follow!.

Pain between the shoulder blades is ususally a liver problem.

Cysts from a liver liver problem may be caused by medication -- LIKE ANTIBIOTICS!.

But your doctor will deny this-- so where do you go ?.

The choice is yours but dont try to back the horse both ways -- it WONT WORK.

crikey - which way are you going - antibiotics or homeopathy........?????? or confusion????
in a lifesaving situation i can see the need for antibiotics...but in this case I am confused by it as some of your symptoms are still yours and some are the symptoms occurring because of antibiotic suppression.
phosphorous is a great remedy but I am again so confused I don't know if it now fits.
ok, so try phosphorous - you really don't need to worry about dosage - just take one or 2 doses and if it helps then take another dose when the effect of the last one has worn off. Take a 30c or a 12c.

You are confused! LOL... I am confused!

One of the other symptoms I have been having is horrible stiffness of the knees - barely can walk, especially in the evening.

However, the antibiotic just happened to cure that. It was completely gone.

I found out that it might have been a staph infection... and when it goes to the blood, it can cause an arthritis.

I am very glad I took the antibotic - because it got rid of the horrible odor that has been hanging over my body and my genitals for weeks.

And it took only 24 hours or less to do that.

I think it might be a very resistant strain of golden staph - that happened from have the catheter for my surgery.

I guess I am truly a challenge.... terribly sorry if I haven't been detailed enough for you.

Well, something else has now happened. This weekend I started having horrible tooth pain.... my whole right lower jaw. I have a crown there that has been sensitive - but all hell broke loose this weekend. It was so bad I thought the crown was loose too - but it turns out my tooth was so loaded with abcess under it that I was able to push the tooth down into place because the pus and bacteria had raised it in my mouth and I couldn't bite normal. And it hurt like crazy!

So I saw the dentist this morning, and he did a root canal - the nerve was all rotted in the canal he said.

Obviously whatever antibiotics was taking for the urethral discharge didn't do squat for the abcess. So the dentist thinks the infection in right lower jaw is probably a gram negative bacteria.

I know that phosphorus is supposed to be good for someone with lower right jaw bone problems - I find that interesting! Confirms to me that I definitely need the phosphorus treatment.

But now he has given me an antibiotic for the infection, so I don't lose the tooth entirely.

The medicine is called Cefuroxime. (250mg, twice daily for 10 days) He says this drug has good affinity to the bone - where the infection is.

I am going to take the antibiotic. Please don't give up on my yet though. I want to follow the antibiotic with the phosphorus.

I am concerned too because when the pack the root, they put in it something that is "camphorated" - and I know that camphor is an antidote for just about every homeopathic remedy there is! I am concerned that I am undoing everything I have accomplished thus far.

I am also concerned about the statements made about using antibiotics can make things worse in the long run.

I haven't read that yet in the materials I have been looking over. Wondering what is meant by that - if there are any source materials I could look at that would explain this more.

And one of the directors in my office sees a homeopath that is a regional chair of some homeopath assn, who says that not to take homeopathy at the same time as antibiotics - but that sometimes antibiotics must be used first if it is really bad.

I believe it IS really bad. There is something systemic going on.

I have read elsewhere though, that sometimes homeopathy taken at the same time can actually make recovery faster - so I am confused about this - not knowing which source to listen to in my situation - as all the sources are homeopaths with different opinions on this based on the situation.

Is there a really good book that talks about how these treatments either can work together or against each other?

Does it vary, based on what the infection is, and what the antibiotic is, and what exact homeopathic remedy is being used?

Perhaps sometimes I should right up a thorough medical history on myself.... that would give you a better idea as to what all has happened in my life, like when I had active CMV in 1991. And when I got some sort of bronchial infection in 1983 while in Israel. These things were life changing for me. It was at that point, that I began to think of myself as not being healthy.

Although my doctor seems to think I am a very healthy woman, and he can't understand why I am plagued with all this stuff.
