Excess Night Emission (10-12 Time/Month)
Dr,i m 28 years of age. i m facing a problem of night emission almost 10-12 times in a month and most of the time it happens 2 times in one night. so you can say it is almost 15-18 times in a month. i have consulted many doctors but every one says this is a common problem and will be solved automatically when i will get married. i did masturbation in early age from 14-23 but from the last 3-4 years i m not doing this.
other problem is that i ejaculate too early even just kissing.so in such a situation i can't think about marriage. My semen is very thin just like a water.
please tell me is there any solution of this problem. i m very much upset with this problem.

Please take Acid Phos-200 one dose( 5 drops) empty stomach and Selenium 3x (3 tablets thrice a day and report changes after 4 weeks.

I used the prescribed medicines regularly for 4 weeks. During that period night emission occurred 5 times which is quite less then the previous record (10-12 times). But the other things remained unchanged, i.e. early ejaculation and weakness in penis also when I talk to a girl a drop of transparent liquid came out of penis which is very embarrassing for me.. Please advice should I continue with the same medicines or ..?. Please reply because I want to solve this problem and want to come back in life.
