Enlarged or inflamed vein or blood vessel

Hello,
I have an enlarged or inflamed vein on my left epididymis, the doctor said it is fine but sometimes it causes me discomfort is there any homeopathic remedy I can take for this? My local homeopath prescribed me his Arnica tincture but that has not made it reduce in size.

Do you think this can be an enlarged vein? When I ejaculate it gets twice as big, it is right on the epidymis. Thanks
