How to cure ulcer in the mouth of penis
sir,i am 30 years old and have reddish like as ulcer in the mouth of penis, i tried many medicines but it not cure.
i m feeling irritation, pain, tight foreskin and unsensation during sex...
is this genital herpes...? please suggest me some medicine

Please take Croton Tig 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

After the usage of this medicine...urine passing is very feel HOT & Itchy in the internal penis and Tip.
second all penis is paining...
third...i feel 1/2 of the reddish of ulcer swelling is removed.. but i not satisfied this result bcaz i want total cure...so plz help me doctor, i m very tense from the last ten years...
fourth...my erection is not properly..hardness just for seconds...plz...ur kind prescripton is always welkom.

From the start wen i noticed this reddish, i never got pus cells, no blood and not very swear pain in the penis, but from the last one year i felt pain in ulcer , in gland and whole penis too and sometym i can't touch it... i had no history of prostitute infection. i consult and taken too much medicines but this ulcer did not removed till now..
i had taken Acidum Nitricum 30c one week back...and i feel some symptoms as follow ....
i feel..
1.reduced burning at the time of passing urine but urine passing is not proper, it breaks
2.reduced ulcer swelling and reddish but only 15%
3.feeling some pain in pelvic muscular and left leg
4.increase the pain in penis
5. No improvement in Erection Defficiency
overall i feel improvement 25% only
so plz doctor kadwa, i m very disturb bcaz of this ailment, i know its very old and some chronic nature, so give me good prescription to cure it very soon....

Please wait for another week and report back. If you will take remedies repeatedly you may experience remedy proving and the proving symptoms and real symptoms will get mixed up.

ok now i come to the point...your recommend medicine Acidum Nitricum 30c has worked properly...i feel good now, approximately 70% of my small problems r cured and 50% of ulcer has been removed...so plz give me good prescription again that my all problems will be removed soon..

second wound means ulcer wounds only which are existing in the mouth of penis, some times wen i take bath then bath shop react on this and its painful....

i feel confidence and relax after long years,many problems removed totally like as pain, burning, ED,etc
but ulcer is not remove properly, but some positive thing is, the skin is looking normal where the ulcer grown before.
can i repeat this Single DOZE again?

Dr. Kadwa My friend have a problem regarding penis, 7 month before he will married, Now before 3 to 4 month in the inner side of foreskin of penis there is white color layer when foreskin goes back at the time of erection there is some crack in the white layer, and when he intercourse all thing is normal. But he will feel pain after intercourse and he itching, the foreskin is hard and given pain. He is normal after 36 to 40 hours and then he will do intercourse. Please suggest any homeo remedy for him. Also tell why it will happen.

i had taken ur prescription nitric acid 1M/only for one doze. i feel good response, great confidence,high energy level and libido nd growing size.
the 75% of ulcer portion is cured totally, even the skin too but the other part is still there, pain, burning, flow of urine also disturb sometimes...
This is the present situation, if you allow me then i again repeat the same doze...
one more thing, can i take sabal serrulata Q with this medicine???

You should not take another dose of Nitric Acid 1M if the improvement continues under the influence of the earlier dose. If the improvement comes to a standstill you should take another dose of Nitric Acid 1M and wait for one month after that.
i think that it is better if you don't take sabal for another two months.
