am 42 yr old suffering from hypertension sine past two months. My BP was 158/110 and I was administered with Olmesar H(Once a day) & Starpress 25 (Once a day) and within one month BP has become normal. Now I am taking only Olmesar H. I am suffering with severe Insomnia . Despite of physical stress I am not able to sleep properly. Often I am getting up early morning at 0400 am and not able to sleep thereafter. I am not able to handle stress any more. Every day I am getting muscle pains in the ribs and when the pain comes in the heart region, I am getting frightened. I got 2D echo, ECG and Treadmill test done two months done and doctor has said that everything is OK. My depression has become acute and I do not know what to do. My digestion has become very poor. My father is also suffering from Hypertension since past 20 yrs. Pls help me.

day 1
Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 2 to day 15
Please take 2 tablets of Mukta Vati (available at Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy) in the morning and evening with water. It is better to cruch tablets by tooth before swallowing.

Please take 4 tsp Kaumarya Asava (available at Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy)with equal amount of water in the morning and evening after meals.

Please report after 15 days.

Please taper off your allopathic medicines if you get relief from the treatment.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
