Silicea

How much Silicea is to much Silicea. I started taking it because I read it would help with skin, hair and nails. I ordered 30x. The bottle says to take 3-6 pellets daily but do not take for more than 7 days. When I first took the pellets I took 6 then later that same day took 4 more. I noticed that afternoon I was soooooooo calm and relaxed. Added benefit!!!!1 The next day though I had a bad headache. I had read on this forum to only dose once a week. That helped with the headache but I only recieved the benefit of relaxation that one day I dosed. I also started noticing hard acne bumbs in three or 4 places on my face and neck, back and bottom. They would not stay long but were very hard and hurt if pressed. Can someone who knows what they are talking about, please tell me how much silicea is to much, how often should I take it, and in what dosage. Thank you so much.
