Swollen face due to tooth abcess-hekla?

Hi, I would be extremely grateful for any advice. My little 6 y. Jack Russell swelled up suddenly on her right cheek just under her eye (hard lump-one inch x 3/4 inch). The vet suspects a tooth abscess and gave antibiotics (I gave in because I couldn't reach my pet homeopath and I still can't).

I have Hekla Lava on hand but only 200. I have also Mercurius but only '10M' (2 globuli left.)

Also have Arnica

It's evenings here so cannot get anything until tomorrow.

This has me really worried due to its proximity to the brain. She can't talk so I can only go on what I see.

Many thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

give this ...then get Mercurius 6c

after 48 hours of the 10M potency dose ..give 6c three times a day....until better.

Gradually taper off frequency of doses.

Thank you soooo much for replying.

I understand one globuli of the 10M?

Just making sure as I did say I had 2 globuli on hand. ( I know it's usually one globuli.)

Now that there is a plan of action, I can finally go to sleep. I have been searching for over 20 hours on the net and it is now 5 A.M.

Thank-you!!!
