Itchy flaky scalp, thinning of hair, insomnia, HELPI am 36 y/o female with thinning of hair, hair texture is brittle broken and feels like cottoncandy fur. I wake every night about 1:00 to 3:00 and cannot get back to sleep. I look in mirrors and get very distressed over the hairloss. I also have itchy flaky scaly scalp psoriasis at times and it even affects my ears inside them. As if the hairloss isn't enough!! My tongue always tends to have a whiteish film on it even though I brush it. At times, after BMs, my sphincter itches. I get nasal stuffiness and allergies and am addicted to nasal spray at night. More than anything, the scalp dryness and itch is killing me as is the fatigue and depression and occasional night panic attacks. Please hlp. Thanks.
