Blue eyed horse with uveitis

I have a 5 year old paint gelding with uveitis in his right eye. He has 2 blue eyes, but never a problem with his left eye. It started a few months ago and never clears up. His whole eye is green and usually the bottom (under the pupil)is red/bloody looking. I keep his fly mask on 24/7 and the vet wants to start Banamine again. It never totally clears it up and I would rather use natural to get him better. Could you please help me? Thanks.

Please give him 4 pills of Sulphur 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects him in the next 15 days.

Can I give him the liquid or do I have to crush the pills? Thanks so much

You may either

add some 2-3 drops of liquid dilution to some water and make him drink.

or

add pills to some water, dissolve it and make him drink.

or

you may put pills into his mouth.
