Help for Hypothyroidism, hormone imbalance, scar easily, trouble concentrating
I'm a 27-year old female. I have hashimoto's thyroiditis, hypothyroidism. I take medication for it but my hair still falls out. I'm having a lot of trouble concentratin in school, I procrastinate a lot and have trouble confronting my professors. I had severe acne in the past, and take silicea for acne scars. I'm also taking natrum mir. for allergies.*Please describe your mental state like you are irritable, calm, worried, depressed, frustrated etc. How are your relations with your close relatives and friends?
I'm struggling with apathy and maybe some anxiety. I have a bad relationship with my family, never talk to certain members, it's very turbulant. I care very much for my friends, but sometimes worry about what they think of me and if they don't like me anymore.
*What do you think is the causative factor for your problems?
Probably stress. Sometimes I feel like I'm on an emotional rollercoaster, so I've given up.
*Please describe your other physical symptoms like headache, backache etc.
Hair loss mostly on the top of my head, rosacea, some acne, delicate skin (scar easily), fatigue, problems with Candida, PMS and VERY heavy period with breast tenderness and cramps, allergies
*You prefer cold environment and open air or do you prefer warm surroundings.
I'd rather be warm.
*At what time of day you as an individual feel better and worse like better in the morning and worse at night.
Better in the morning, although some of my symptoms lift past midnight.
*How is your sleep?
I sometimes don't sleep enough or sleep too much. Stay up late past midnight.
*How is your sweat? It is less, more or normal? Where do you sweat more like in armpits, head etc.
Less than normal, although I do have a lot of odor when I do.
*How is your thirst for water, cold drinks and hot drinks?
I prefer room tempature or cold drinks.
*Whether the complaints aggravate after movements or while taking rest.
Movements
*How is your bowel movement? Constipated, loose or normal. How is the digestion?
Kind of loose. Some gas and indigestion, bloating and nausea.
*Are you able to satisfy your sexual desires?
My drive is very low.

Please stop the homeo remedies that you are taking. Please take a single dose of Calcarea Carb 200c for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I took this a few days ago and felt some emotional relief, more confidence and less anxiety. I have a stronger desire to work out, more energy. Hello! It's been more than two weeks and symptoms have not alleviated at all. In fact, I've gained weight. Still having heavy menses and discharge.

The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
