You may like to read this thread where I have recorded my Joepathy protocol for the treatment of Fistula, Fissure and Abscess which I shall copy below for you:

Joepathy therapy for treatment of Anal Problems:

Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

One question though...how would you ensure that no further pus formation takes place.

In Bio-chemics...need to use Cal. Sulph 6X.

Through homeopathic analysis...arrive at a one of the possible meds ...as suggested by Sajjad Akram.

Elaborating further...Cal. Sulph 6X be added to the list of Bio-chemics to be taken.

List of symptoms (part) from ABC :

rectum; itching; like insects crawling on skin in anus;
Purulent diarrhoea mixed with blood
Diarrhoea after maple sugar and from change of weather

Pus-like, slimy discharge from the bowels

Painful abscesses about the anus in cases of fistula.

I have worked on the principle that Pus is formed by infected tissue and is produced by the body in order to expel the bacteria.

I checked my theory on Wikipedia and copy below their notes on Pus:

Pus is a whitish-yellow, yellow or yellow-brown exudate produced by vertebrates during inflammatory pyogenic bacterial infections.[1] An accumulation of pus in an enclosed tissue space is known as an abscess, while a visible collection of pus within or beneath the epidermis is known as a pustule or pimple. Pus is produced from the dead and living cells which travel into the intercellular spaces around the affected cells.

Something that creates pus is called suppurative, pyogenic, or purulent. If it creates mucus as well as pus, it is called mucopurulent. The most common agents that induce pus formation are bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus.

Pus consists of a thin, protein-rich fluid, known as liquor puris, and dead cells, which are part of the body's immune response. Neutrophils are produced in the bone marrow and released into the blood. When the need to fight infection arises, they move to the site of infection by a process known as chemotaxis, usually triggered by cytokines released from macrophages that sense invading organisms. At the site of infection, the neutrophils engulf and kill bacteria. Eventually, the neutrophils die, and are then phagocytosed by macrophages, which break them down further. Pus is viscous material composed of these dead neutrophils.

Neutrophils are the most abundant type of leukocyte in human blood, comprising anywhere between 40% to 75% of leukocytes.

When seen in a wound or dry skin, pus indicates the area is infected and should be cleaned with antiseptic.

Despite normally being of a whitish-yellow hue, changes in the color of pus can be observed under certain circumstances. Pus is sometimes green because of the presence of myeloperoxidase, an intensely green antibacterial protein produced by some types of white blood cells. Blue-green pus is found in certain infections of Pseudomonas aeruginosa as a result of the pyocyanin bacterial pigment it produces; amoebic abscesses of the liver produce brownish pus. Pus might have a reddish tint to it after mixing with blood. Pus can also have a foul odor.




I use Silicea 6x to expel the pus and Arnica to rebuild the damaged tissue.

Ferr Phos 6x helps to increase the Oxygen carrying capacity of the blood and the combined efforts of all the remedies and the antibiotic ointment help to cure the lesion.

The main result is that the majority of patients have been cured as you can see from the responses of grateful patients.

I would like to record here that it was I that compiled all these remedies together as there was no previous record of any Homeopathic cure of this ailment other than Nitric Acid which I have not found to be of any use at all.

Surgery CANNOT ever be considered as a CURE as many patients have been in repeated experimental surgeries with one who reported the 5th and he was fortunate that he contacted me as I saved him from the 6th. He is now fully cured.

You may not believe this but I have never suffered from the 3 Anal problems listed on this thread myself but was able to fine tune the remedies based on patient's responses.

I believe that I have done a service to the patients who suffer from these Anal problems and to Homeopathy.
I believe that this therapy qualifies for the term JOEPATHY which I have pioneered to help patients to cure their anal problems.

Silicea expels pus and Cal. Sulph. does the job of drying up the pus. Cal. Sulph. also ensures that more pus is not formed.

Above is based on the Bio-chemic theory.

Beyond this .... I would not like to proceed into a discussion on this matter.

I intervened to suggest a refinement in your proposed process.

If you don't like it, so be it. However, readers can make note of it and if they find it useful ...can take advantage of it.

Pl. note the words 'after pus has found a vent'....the healing is completed with Calcarea Sulph.

Silicea creates the vent for the pus to flow out.
