Dizziness going downstairs and unsteady gait

Hi,
I need some help with my senior 3 legged dog, missing left leg.

He's had problems going up and down the stairs and walking outside especially in open space, seems unsteady, related to a past ear infection, vestibular problems on the right side. Both his eyes tear off and on. I just gave him borax 6c, one dose, which seemed to help him walking but not with going down the stairs, he got diarrhea. My question is do I give him another dose or wait and give him a higher dose?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may give him three doses of Causticum 30c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects him for next 15 days.

Thank you Dr. Kadwa, I gave him the 3 doses today, he didn't get any diarrhea.

He is also very thin, no muscle tone, has cataracts in both eyes, but he eats very well and has a great appetite. I was giving thinking of giving him Hylands Bioplasma, which contains all 12 tissue salts, tomorrow or should I wait 15 days for the Causticum to take effect? Did you mean that he shouldn't be given any other homeopathic remedies for 15 days?

Dr. Kadwa, I looked up Causticum and didn't realize until today that it is antidoted by phosphorus. My dog is taking Chinese Oyster shell powder (which contains some phosphorus) and Rehmannia 6. Will this affect the effectiveness of Causticum?

i think that potentized phos should not be taken alongwith causticum 30, otherwise phos is there in many vegetable and fruits too.

Dr. Kadwa, good news, my dog's balance has improved. I had to discontinue with the Tissue Salts because he got diarrhea but he's been taking homeopathic combo remedies Zeel (for arthritis) and Traumeel (for soft tissue pain) by BHI for the last 2 weeks 3 times a day. Although he is able to walk in the morning, he is still fatigued during the afternoon walk, can only for about 10 min. and by the evening, I have to carry him down the stairs. His neck is a bit stiff, he has trouble picking up the ball standing and his tail which hangs down. He only has 1 rear right leg and he has trouble holding himself up on that leg in the evening. He also has to urinate only right after his dinner.

His urinalysis yesterday revealed that his urine is still very diluted, low specific gravity, but not as low as in January.

I appreciate any input or recommendation for his condition.

Thank you!

You may consider giving him Lycopodium 30c thrice a day for only one day (not daily)and see how that affects in the next 15 days. This is suggested on the basis of his diluted urine with low specific gravity and his arthritis.
