penis problem

Dear Dr. Im 27yr old. I do have small penis as 3' when erected.When I was young as 15 I heard that if you stretch it continously it will grow upto some extent one day. Since than im doing n each time im doing its as getting mastuburated n i was ejacuating. Now, im in such a condition that even if i just hold my penis for few seconds it starts ejacuating.

I find all the sexual problems in me as SMALL PENIS,ERECTILE DISFUNCTION AND NOT HARD,and especially in morning and evening I find it is bend on left side. Im afraid to get married. Please advise any medicine

I measured my penis with a real scale, im not saying it orally.In normal postion its size is 4cm(1.5inch), and when erected 6cm(almost 2.5inch) and even thickness is 5.5cm. Im not even 3inch.Please help me for its length and stiffness.

And recently when i tried for a relation couple of times, at first it didn't erected for a long time and suddenly it ejacuated without erecting. Please advise

weight 62
height 5.5inch
stool : good
Hardly get erections,
urine: If i go aftr long time sticky water drops out
No sweat (if work hard yes)
job: right now not employed
but recently use to work in long night shifts

for 2 months I have used, lycopodium 200c,3 doses at 6hourly interval on a single day.After 15 days lycopodium 1M single dose.result no change
