stroke diagnosis
Male 61 found sitting in sun and unable to walk - took hour to get him inside (like paralysis) taken to hospital MR Scan reports NO STROKE, hospital says he has pneumonia. The patient has had heartvalve operation couple years ago, has been diagnosed with diabetes and injects medication, takes Blood Pressure pills & fluroside and warfarin.
He has no facial paralysis showing or speech difficulties but he cannot walk and seems to get lost while doing something like drinking a cup of tea or getting back in bed after relieving himself - he just stands there with hand trembling and not doin anything for 30mins or more.
I am worried he has suffered a stroke as that is how he is behaving. He only has one arm due to a motorcycle accident and his only hand shakes considerably.
Hospital has stopped warfarin, giving antibotics for pneumonia but he is on no drip at all and hasnt had a CT scan only MR - what to do
am giving him arnica aconite arnica aconite tommorrow when i go back to hospital. He has been in there for 6 days and is getting worst.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The following points should also be considered -
*Mentals of the patient before he suffered the stroke like his relationship with his close relatives, his outlook of social and political events.
*It would be better to consider complete medical history of the patient and the changes in the following patterns at diferent stages should also be considered.
*Other symptoms like sweating pattern, sleep pattern, bowel movements, urinary symptoms, changes in symtpoms at different points in time like morning, evening etc should also be considered.
Your reported symptoms also point to Gelsemium.
