Small Red spots on face and body
Dear Sirs,My daughter is 4 yrs old. We stay in pune. The weather here is hot since summer but temprature is within 38 degrees. since last 4-5 days i have noticed few (8-10) pin point sized red spots on her face and few on her legs. She eats egg everyday. Is it because of heat or something else since it started with 1-2 and they have increased in nos. Please advise.
