Aconite for glaucoma ?
Hello everybody!My grandma was diagnosed with glaucoma and unfortunately the damage is already really substantial :(
I started looking for a remedy to help her eyes - and aconite looks quite right - as my grandma is very fearful person - she has worries and fears about many things (like doctors/money/going to unknown places/crowded places etc)
She has also suffered from constipation and haemorrhoid for a long while now. And has varicose veins.
Could anyone tell me which potency I should try aconite in? and for how long? I was thinking give 30c - morning-evening-morning.

First you clear her of this problem:
She has also suffered from constipation and haemorrhoid for a long while now. And has varicose veins.
Since she has varicose veins...the veins in the eye are likely to be blocked causing eye damage....leading to glaucoma.
You haven't mentioned her age...but with advanced age ...you can expect relief...not a permanent cure.

Homoeopathy treatment for PILES:
Collinsonia 200 1dose only and than start the following.
AESCULUS HIP.Q=1x
dose(10 drops thrice daily)before meals, alternate with
Hamamelis Virg.Q=1x
dose(20 drops after every meal.

Hamamelis Virg.....this med resolves issues of varicose veins in an effective way.
Start with a dose of Sulphur 200 and after 24 hours follow the protocol suggested by S. Hamid as above.
Sulphur is the chronic of Aconite ...will resolve fear issues. It also helps in piles and clears vision ...where indicated.
By starting with a dose of Sulphur, the patient will respond in a better way to other meds ...that will follow.

I am just afraid it will be too much of a program for my granny - she is a bit beware of homeopathy and if I offer to take 200 drops of something after every meal - I just think she will not be doing it...
Can th eprogramm be simplifies a bit?
I can give Sulphur 200c - wait 24 hrs and then give Hamamelis 1x am and pm? would that be effective?
I just want to make sure she will go through - and actually do it. AS she is taking care of my granddad who just survived acute pancreatitis atack+stroke. :(

Also I am thinking to give them both (both grandparents) Arnica 6c - once daily - for overused organs.

They couldn't find mother tinctures - the pharmacy there only sell potentised remedies.
I was also wondering - why only mother tincture can be used?
As I am stil very much afraid my granny will not be taking the drops that often - after every meal. She will simply forget most of the time - I know her.
So - I am looking for a solution here - that would suit the patient.
Can she take
Hamamelis 30c - 3 drops/1 tablet - every morning?

My granny is a superfearful person.
She fears everything - and worries of everything. Like change of place/other people - esp doctors/and other stuff.
Her glaucoma has actually started after a huge betrayal from one of her family member - it was a horrible situation and after that she developed glaucoma - very quickly :(
In short - the son of her only and beloved older sister (she is dead now) stole my granny's savings that she was gathering for YEARS (secretly) to give it to ME as a wedding present. :( They live super frugally - very thrifty - too thrifty (survived famine, war and many other horible things). The nephew actually did not deny the fact he took the money - as he said that my granny STOLE that money from his mother! (this kind of shock I am very happy my grandma actually survived! - As she is the most honest person I have ever met in my life ... things like for ex. not paying for a bus ride - was always a super horrible things - and she would never preach by the way - at all - never advice etc - as old people do - I just saw he acts - it's incredible how honest she is.
Anyway, his horrible scam of a person occused my grandma of stealing money from her sister as he could not imagine how she could have got that much - as they are so poor and live on nothing all their life. etc. All those horrible things he told her. She threw him out and cried and cried a lot...did not tell us for sometime (we live in different city) and then when we found out - it was just horrible. Anyway - she was seriously hurt - as this kind of accusation and betrayal would the absolute worst she imagined (she always tried to help her family - this effing nephew from his useless youth...
So that was the reason for the glaucoma to start actualy. Her eyes were not at all bad before. :(
She just refused to believe that this effing horrible scam really did that...
SO - that is the trauma behind the eyes problem. It is fairly new thing =- only 3 years ago it all happend.
On the other hand - her veins and piles- are her very very very long term problems (related I think to her anability to throw stuff away - after war and total defivcit in the country for many many years - she still cannot triw away old stuff.)
SO from homoeopathic point of view - I think it will be more feasible to address the recent problem first as it is still raw. She just bailed it away - but I am sure she did not forgive him - it is just too horrible to accept that it actually happend.
SO - please homeopaths - please tell me your views on the situation and if I am thinking in the right direction. My first inclication was t give her aconite...but I am not sure about the dosage and how many time to give her that.

Yes the first dose can act in 1 hour to 3 days.
At her age ..have to see how the response is.
