Genital Warts and Body Warts

I ordered the following herbs
for my genital warts. Can someone tell me if they are correct for genital warts and the correct dosage each day?

-Mine are very unnoticeable bumps underneath the skin.
-Do not smell.
-Do not itch.
-White color and hard to touch.
-Not clustered.
-Most are right underneath the head (glans) penis where foreskin starts. They are not penile papillae. I have these also and I know what these are. The warts are not on the glans, but below it.
-1 on head(glans).
-They started to spread after treatment with ACV.
- There is 'none' on the shaft of penis. Mostly underneath foreskin.
- Possibly 1 or 2 on scrotum. Can't tell if it is a wart.
- Size less than 2mm each.

Genital Urethra Opening:
I seem to have skin changes ocurring here. I think I have another high risk HPV strain here in urethra opening. The skin does not look healthy, but kind of darkening.

Hands: Have some warts on hands. Possibly 3 types of warts I have on hands. Regular warts, HPV warts.

Body: I started having white warts pop up on my body on shoulder and below sternum. They do not itch. They barely are above the skin.

Location: They are on
the head of penis, urethra opening (might be different strain here)...possibly high risk HPV,

Nitricum Acidum 200C
(2 Oz. Liquid Dilutions)
Thuja Occidentalis 200C
(2 Oz. Liquid Dilutions)
Natrum Sulphuricum 30C
(1 Oz. Liquid Dilutions)
