The ABC Homeopathy Forum

mistake in choosing a remedy

I have a question about a possible mistake I made. I have been having some health problems for some time now (profuse sweating, tiredness, cough, frequent flus (even pneumonia), etc.). I had no experience with homeopathy but since I haven't had any luck with tradinital medicine, I thought I would give it a try and I bought Silicea which was supposed to boost my immunity system. The instructions on the bottle says to take 3 pills a day to improve your immunity. So I did for a couple of days. And after several days mild fever and pain in my back (lower back and spine) appeared and I have been having these sypmtoms for two weeks now without any sign of improvement. It looks like the health problems I had (sweating, cough, etc.) they all dissapeared to be replaced by these new, completely unexpected symptoms...

I obviously screwed up and took a homeopathic drug without giving much thought and my question now is - can I be overdosed? Will these new symptoms go away eventually or should I do something about them (to seek a doctor, antidote).

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
depends on energy level-appetite and sleep --if no improvement since silica--
then take 1 dose camph 30c.

if noticed improvement since and more mucous ---take 1 dose calc -sulph

if improvement of above and no mucous increase--no more silica and wait for stroger symptom --this tell next remedy
