Hair fall caused by telogen effluvium.
Thank you so much for creating this page, you gave me hope.I'm a 33 years old woman, married with no kids. 5 years ago, I started losing my hair very badly. It was a sudden, excessive hair loss, coming in handfuls, with white bulbs on the roots. It's diffuse thinning across the entire scalp. It wouldn't stop. I was so upset that I would cry all day looking at my old pictures. I've seen many dermatologists but refused to use typical treatments for such issues. I was told my hair would grow back. During the time shedding started, I was under stress but even though the stress is already over, no hair regrowth is visible. The shedding still comes and goes. I'm very healthy, I don't change my healthy eating habits, I exercise, take multivitamins. I have no hormonal issues according to the lab tests. Great vitamin results. No one in my family experienced anything like this. I used to have so much hair which I had to cut short to be able to manage. Now all I'm left with is thinner than my little finger.
I would appreciate your help very much. I don't know how to find white iodine either. I'm also trying to conceive. Is it safe to continue treatment during and before pregnancy? I appreciate your help greatly.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I read many of the hair fall problems on ABC Homeopathy, but couldn't see anything related to telogen effluvium, that's why I opened a new topic.
Thank you

Hello. I have the same issue since 2009 after teh birth of my son. He is 7 years old now and hte hairloss is maddening.
Please could I be guided. I have tried arious remides and vitamins and nothing seems to work or help.
I believe it could be caused due to a traumatic 13 hours of labour, hypertension and the effects thereafter on teh body. My husband and i were alone when our baby arrived and we were under quite a lot of stress with learning to manage.
