loss of appetite for 19 months old baby

hi
i have a son(19 months old)likes to eat sugar rich food.
he weighs about 22lbs.height is 74 cms.iam still breast feeding him.he lost his appetite.not taking veg and non-veg food.his stools are hard.walks slowly.always tired.could u pls suggest me a syrup and where i can get that as soon as possible

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Calcarea Carb 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 10 ml water. Sip up slowly.


Please follow homeo restrictions of not to eat or drink anything within 15 minutes before or after taking medicine.
