Pilonidal Cyst diagnosis. Has been painless

I am a 24 year old male and have been effected with this probably longer than I know. I maintain good physical shape, shower twice daily, drink anywhere from 7+ glasses of water a day and take a generic multivitamin daily. I noticed recently a tiny hole at the top of my crack where it meets the tailbone. I have never had noticeable pain that i recall from that area, nor has any drainage or bleeding occured.

However, upon more examination I do have another cyst it appears. This one is on my left cheek, maybe 2 inches or so from the crack. I have had no problems with pain or discomfort. However this one appears larger and more raw. I have had drainage and bleeding from this location. Sometimes I have no bleeding or drainage...and there have been occasions where the water in the shower has gone red with the blood rinsed down. Within the past week I have noticed it also feels like it is leaking during sexual intercourse.

I pulled up previous posts for some help, but I'm not sure the course of action to take as I've probably had it so long. It has been bleeding recently more than usual, but not at a constant pace, so I'm not sure if that means the cyst has burst?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I am Raj Shekar, I am suffering from Pilonidal cyst from the past 8 years. 4 years back I had a surgery done and the wound was closed, but after 6 months the problem started again but at a differnt location. This has appeared in my anus, some time back I use to have a lot of irritation, but slowly it decreased, I still feel the problem exists in me. I consulted a doctor and he suggest to go for surgery which I know is very painful. Please suggest me of a what to do.

1. Myristica 200
2. Silicea 6c
3. Silicea 200c

Get all the meds first.
Also get Calcarea Sulph 6X.
Will then suggest dosage.

You have seen, surgery is not a permanent solution....coz it does not stop the pus formation imbalance of the body.

Now...take Myristica 200
three doses at intervals of 1/2 hour 2moro morning.
(Empty stomach after rinsing your mouth with plain water).

During this period...no eating/drinking of any liquid/ no brushing of teeth.

1/2 hour after the last dose...you can resume normal oral activity.

for 2 weeks...no coffee, no garlic, no perfumes use etc.

After 3 days ..let me know progress.

If pus flows out i nmore quantity...allow it...dress locally / externally with Calendula cream.
