Pain after bowels clear

Hi,

Request your help with this particular problem I have been suffereing for months now (dont exactly remember how many). Read another thread on fissures and realized that the symptoms are similar. Symptoms are as follows:

1) Stinging pain in rectum after passing bowels. Pain is manageable. Lasts for an hour or two and I feel like lying down during that time.

2) In the past have noticed bleeding sometimes only in case of constipation and forced passing of stool

3) Doesnt bleed anymore since I rarely suffer from constipation nowadays.

4) After passing stool it feels like I've had a lot of hot and spicy food the day before but the reality is that I don't take hot food at all.

5) Only a small area on the mouth of the anus is a little protruding than the rest.

Please help. Read somewhere that inserting some medicated petroleum jelly before passing stool can protect the rectum from further damage. If it's true then please suggest a homeopathic product that I can use externally.

If Belladona doesn't help,

Take Ratanhia 200c

One dose every morning for 3 consecutive days then stop.
