Body hair

Hi, I have few problems but main concern is my ever so fast growing excessive body hair. It's travelling everywhere. Dr says no hormone problems so cannot do anything for me. I don't have facial hair just the obvious above the upper lip(because i began to thread it). There is discolouration on skin,from fair skin to brownish and freckles/beauty spots on my chest stomach. I fear wherever i am getting Goose bumps i am getting hair (stomach, chest,butt cheeks, hips etc). I was told i had some hair on my back but it was fine and little like 10 years ago. One homoeopathic has said he will help but he hasn't even seen me and i fear i might be charged money that i could be saving and treating my self. Please help to remove this permanently.
