Low Sperm Count & Motility

Hi Dr. Mehfooz

I am 30 years old. I got married 3.5 years ago but no child till now. Doctor suggested me to go for a Semen Analysis. Report as follows:

Physical Exam:

Volume : 2.5 ml
Colour : Greyish White
Reaction : Alkaline

Microscopic Exam: Normal Value

Total Count : 25 Million/ml

Motile 30min: 30%

Sluggish: 30%

Non Motile Ist Hour : 40%

Aggressive fast fwd 00%

Slow liner progressive 30 %

Pus Cells: 2-3/hpf

Conclusion: Oligospermia with low motility

I had taken medicines like Addzoya (2months), Semanto (2months), Miraqule200 mg (2 months) Spemen (1 month).but there is no drastic improvement in parameter.

I have heard about PTK-40 I improve sperm count and motility. I need help So, please tell me the best medicine which Increase Sperm Count and motility. Also can I take other medicines if you are suggesting PTK-40.

Dr. Pankaj varma has given you good link of mine for guidance. Your case seems to be the same nature. Therefore please visit that thread. and start PTL-40 (20 drops per dose thrice aday) and get semen report after 2 months

PTK 40 is not available in market but Damiaplant is available in market easily.

Here is the composition:

Damiana 1X 10%
Ginseng 1X 10%
Agnus Castus 2X 10%
Nuphar Litea 2X 10%
Muira Puama 1X 10%

Is it same as PTK 40 or there is any difference. Should i take this or you suggest something else.
