This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
pls tell us more about yourself and how long you have had this problem? do you have any other ailments that affect you day to day? do you have regular periods, any problems in this area? have you had children? have you had any breast problems previously?

Agree , as Burnett said any breast problems virtually always originate in the uterus.
What has happened in that area ?.

I had salpingitis in 1977 and as a result had scaring of the fallopian tubes. I had one child in 1982 - lost my second child (and the tube) due to ectopic pregnancy in 1987. No other pregnancies - regular periods - no real problems there. I don't use birth control because I don't have any plumbing left according to the doctors - not since 1987.
Breast problems started 2 years ago. By removing parabens from my cosmetics and using natural progestrone cream and flax seed extracts I have been able to control it somewhat but it always flairs this time of year. I have no other health problems - normal weight - physically fit - swim a mile three times a week.
The only other thing I can think of is I am extremely sensitive to cold and I have found no solution to this as yet. And I have to watch my sugar intake because my body doesn't feel good if I eats sweets.
Appreciate any advice you can offer.

can you describe your breast symptoms more - appearance, whether lumps or just feels hard etc. ? do you get hot flushes? any other notable symptoms?
with foods what upsets you or what do you crave?
also the same question with drinks? could you also let us understand what sort of personality - i.e. are you mild, short-tempered, very agreeable, easily angered???

well the breast gets fluid filled cysts or sacs in it that can be seen on a ultrasound. The affected breast is denser feeling that the other one and the pectoral wall is sore and sore up under the arm pit.
They don't feel hard - just dense. It aches a lot when it is bad. It gets bad when my bra is too tight or just sometimes.
I am a short tempered person but old enough to know better. I don't have any other menopausal type symptoms. I crave sweets and caffiene therefore restrict both.
I like hot warm creamy foods. Generally I am very healthy - fit - work alot. My job is very mental. I tend towards irritability but practise letting things go. In general when I sick I have a real tendency towards nux vomica type symptoms. I hope this helps - really this is my only heath problem.

not sure of this - I will read up on fibrocystic....it may be worth you reading on carcinosin, phytolacca and asterias rubens.

also it is advised not to wear a bra so much but to wear looser underwear around the breast.
phytolacca looks a strong possibility for remedy - but others may be more experienced that me in treating this adn have other suggestions.
