Darkness all around mouth

Hi

Please help me with the two problems that I'm facing:

1. The skin all around my mouth(around 2 inches) is darker than the rest.
2. And I have the old scars left back by pimples which I rarely have but which eventually leave behind marks just below the nostrils and around the nose which is looking very awkward.

I've been reading a lot to see how I can remove these scars and even out my face complexion.

I'm getting married in December. Please help me.
