help with this muscles tiredness

i tried to use muraitic acid 30 for a general state of muscle fatique.
the same day sense of wellness came as far as muscular tiredness but the
next day it was again back to the problem..
Was it primary action of remedy initially and then the secondary action of the vital force?

how do v go about it if it matches the generalities a similar remedy.

The primary reaction of the well selected remedy results in aggravation of symptoms and the secondary reaction by vital force results in cure. But here exactly opposite is happening. May be the potency selection was not correct and the curative process couldn't succeed.
