alopecia totalis

hello doctor

this problem i am serviving since five yrs alopecia totalis, no hair on my body.fifteen days ago i take phosphorus 1m in a week,i hv take two time this remedy,in this time i observe some change on my body & new hair regrowth on my head, but this process is very slowly.pl advise me any other best remedy & can i take silicea 6x with phosphorus 1m?
