ulcer like on penis
hi,I have ulcer like on my penis, once it appeared before(2 weeks ago) but after 2 days it gone.
One ulcer appeared again. I use to masturbate, married 26 years old.
If I masturbate I feel pain like as hand push ulcer spot, otherwise I dont feel pain.
I am concerned about it. Please let me know.

1. Describe your main suffering?
I have ulcers like on my penis top. It occured before too and vanished after 3 days. I have ulcers again. I have few red dots too on top.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Most of the time I have headache too.
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I have stress/tension too, even I have under stress most of the time b/c of my business
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Regarding this, I dont feel any pain, I have mastrubation habit, when I mastrubate, b/c of my hand contact to penis, I feel pain at ulcer point. The pain is not severe.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
This is second time I am facing this problem. When first time I noticed it was; when I had oral sex with my wife, she noticed ulcers and red spots, there was burning too during sex, but it was not severe, thats why even I could not notice it.
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
When I mastrubate, it feel pain, we do not have sex when I have ulcer.
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
When mastrubate, it make me pain and after mastrubation, little burning for few minutes.
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Yes, I have doubt, because for 1 month I am in city where temperature is hotter. The difference between temperature of my last city and current is around 10c.
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I have dry skin and I am sensitive to sun too, I am betterin hunid weather.

Personally I dont have fair, I worry in strom, b/c of my family and house.

Yes

Yes a lot

weeping, talking to one self etc?
nail biting, and i use to think big things and have day dreaming with open eyes.
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I dont believe in friends(I have some but I trust them at certain level), wife have complains that I am not giving him more time.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I dream to be better than all of my collegues and relatives.
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I like chicken and aversion can be eggplant
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Excessiv
14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal, when I do not eat more then UI take juices, my diet is normal.
15. Is there any kind of food which your body cant stand?
More oily

It is normal and it is on whole body.
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
I had pilesbut nowadays it is normal.

I use to work at night and sleep in morning(late night 4:00AM) and awake late. I use to sleep with my my head to my bed, i mean i do not sleep straight. In morning I have erection and i have penis rub to bad too.
19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
I satisfy myself via matrubation.
20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I use to silent myself and only cponcentrate on my work.

Please take Nitric Acid 30c (Acidum Nitricum 30c) thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 10 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
